All products sold by Creators Computer carry the full official manufacturer warranty applicable in Bangladesh, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Claiming Warranty

• Keep your original invoice/order confirmation as proof of purchase.
• Contact our support team with your order number to start a claim.
• Physical products may need to be brought to our service point or the manufacturer's authorized service center.

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Software issues not related to a hardware defect.
